However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us or exchange your order. we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please see below for more details on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Badminton Rackets can only be returned if it was purchased frame only.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Login to the eliteshuttler website using your credentials, and proceed to the My Orders page.
2. Retrieve the Order Number and the Item details that you wish to return
3. Please drop an email to email@example.com with the Order Number and the Item details that you wish to return.
4. Wait for our Customer Service to get in touch with you to process your returns.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or refund. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Any return shipping fees the customer will have to pay.
